The $400/night 'villa' was in reality an unfinished construction project with unkempt weed covered yard, cracked stairways, dirt floor and bare stud closets, spider and bed bug infestation (bite marks still visible three months after the stay), dirty gooey gunk on dishes, not enough sheets/covers, chipped cups and cheap furnitu unacceptable to thrift shops. Pillows and sheets reeked with body odors from previous uses, inflatable plastic bed in the closet touted as queen size bed, non-functioning/rusty showers and clogged drains, and a worn out old hot tub abundantly filled with floating white spongy particulates resembling certain male biological matter, after charging $40 hot tub cleaning. The place is disgustingly filthy. Any two star motels are cleaner and better than this. Everyone in my group said the alleged 'villa' felt like a cult ritual dungeon, a 'hell', as one lady relative said. Dishonest, unethical. Check CA Real Estate Board re license history of owner.
